June 26, 2008 - Well, another day.....Paul, my hubby, is talking about leaving.....leaving his job, leaving me, leaving all the bill collectors calling, etc.....I guess I cant blame him. We havent been able to actually answer the phone without someone calling to collect money in forever, I'm kinda getting sick of it too. So needless to say, I'm in agreement with him in the “get the hell out of dodge” idea. July 1, 2008 - Still here, still married, still everything. Gotta love his Aunt Christi. She can talk a bee out of honey when she wants to! :-) Anyway, we're working on getting our lives back on track. June 30, I started my new job! I love, love, love it! No stress. Enjoy being there! July 4, 2008 - Happy Independence Day! Oh it's a great day! :-) The cats are finally settling down after I started packing up all my crap to take with me to Alabama. They REALLY dont like moving! LOL Kilo just wasnt sure what was going on, but then again, he's just a D - O - G. :-) July 6, 2008 - Today, we took Kilo for a walk on the Greenway. It was entertaining. Started out just fine, nice walk, with hubby and the dog. Then we get to the river that runs along the pathway! The fun really started then! We had been looking for a spot so Kilo could put his feet in the water to cool down a bit, but the spot we picked was muddy too. He got his feet wet, then proceeded to plop his big butt down in the mud...the nice gooey mud. Joys. THEN he wouldnt get up to continue on our walk....so me, being the pure genius I am (YES, Sarcastic at this point), let go of the leash, and started walking away, thinking the dog would follow me......Ummm....NOT!!!! He starts walking off down the river, in the MIDDLE of the river, which at this point was only about 6 or 7 inches deep.....Thank goodness! ANYWAY, after following him on the bank of the river for about 1/2 a mile, he turns around! Ok fine, wanted to turn around anyway towards home..... Great. Finally, we get back to the spot all this started at...I grabbed his leash.....he takes off down the other way.....with me in tow.....Now we are BOTH wet, muddy and ewww! I was NOT impressed. Finally get back onto dry land, and head home. THEN I realized, he did this all on PURPOSE! He LOVES getting a bath, and he knew if he was muddy and nasty he would be getting one before he came back in the house! ARGH! Not as dumb as I thought he was! And that has been my Sunday! LOL November 23, 2008 - Ok, it's been a REALLY long time since I wrote anything here.....It's been H*ll around here the past few months! We nearly lost the house....I mean, forclosure papers and everything! We finally filed bankruptcy this month..... Thought we were doing good, but heck, it was only wishful thinking......Oh, I left off last time that I was moving to Alabama huh? Well Paula nd I worked shit out, and now we are doing it all one day at a time. So no move for me......for now anyway. Life as we knew it BF (before Forclosure) has been taken by surprise.... I'm working massive overtime at work, to pay lawyers, court fees and all that happy crap. Just love a good stress free environment! HA! Yeah right! LOL On another note, I had a big shock at the beginning of the month.....my mom passed away very suddenly on the 4th of Nov. She was in the hosptial, but they were releasing her that very day! She just stopped breathing. Guess she was ready to go.....I would be, after 75 years on this earth. At least now she is with my dad, and grandmother and aunts and uncles. I just KNOW they are having a grand party where-ever they are! The animals are playing nice now, all the time! Kilo is my newest baby's proctector. They are just tooo cute together! Zoey is this teeny, tiny little kitten, and Kilo is this huge dog....it's just adorable! I do have pictures up of them on Page 5 of my Pictures page, if you'd like to see them in "action". :-)
